White Tea

White Tea is a lightly oxidised tea grown and harvested in specific processing methods. White tea consists of the buds of the tea plants which are fired or steamed immediately after withering. White tea is packed with anti-oxidants and have a light sweet flavour.

To Brew:
 - 1 teaspoon per cup,
 - Add freshly boiled water,
 - Steep for 1-2 minutes then pour.
