The pour-over brewing method when using a V60 is one of the cleanest way to brew coffee, the filters used when brewing coffee through a V60 leave no residue as well as leaving you with a coffee that is pure in taste.

Wonderfully low tech to use, all you need is:

• high quality fresh coffee,
• burr grinder - correct grind setting,
• 60grams of coffee to 1litre of water,
• Fresh water just off the boil,
• filters, a mug and a long spouted kettle.
