Matcha comes with a rich flavour featuring subtle hints of Asian citrus. This antioxidant rich variety is packed with “catechins,” which are known to help fight bacteria, free radicals and even infections.

This Matcha has a bold flavour profile whilst still remaining velvety smooth and is not bitter! Once brewed your cup should glow with a bright deep green colour.

For a 150ml teacup use only 3 grams of Matcha.
Water should only be 60 to 70 degrees Celcius and not boiling.
Use an authentic bamboo matcha whisk for the best results.
